Description
Incoming Analysts will be trained by their Team Leaders as well as senior members of other functional areas. The training will be focused on data analytic tools as well as the healthcare domain. Upon completion of training and acquiring expertise on different work streams and processes, the Analysts are expected to:
- Plan and execute the analysis plan developed by their Team Leaders.
- Understand the requirements of the visual graphics team as it relates to reporting the results of analysis
- Follow and update the standard operating procedures for data analysis to maintain quality
- Ensure to maintain consistency of analytical procedures and models
- Display ownership characteristics, maintain extremely high standards of quality
- No overnight shift work involved

Additional Details
- Passion for Analytics and Problem Solving
- Willingness to learn new analysis tools such as SPSS, and Wincross
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- A preliminary understanding of statistical concepts
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Deep interest in marketing research, consulting, and problem solving
Training will 6 months period. Salary will be paid during those period.
Selected Candidates have to sign an Employment agreement with the company for 2 years. Agreement will commence after successful completion of training period. Compensation will be decided based on the institution and performance of the candidate at the time of interview
